14 Day ROR (Right of Return) Guarantee Policy
EFiberTools will offer a refund for the Inno IFS-10 fusion splicer kit provided that the product is in brand new condition** (and sellable as brand new) and contains all cleavers, batteries, cords, accessories, software CDs, and any other items included upon delivery.
Shipping costs, including any import/export costs to ship outside the USA, under this 14 Day ROR Guarantee are the responsibility of the buyer.
All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear and tear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits.
EFiberTools may charge up to 20% restocking fee or refuse a refund altogether if the product is missing any items that were originally included with the product, if the product is returned without its factory packaging or if the factory packaging has writing on it or is damaged. In addition, replacement cost of the missing items may be deducted from the refund, including the cost of the replacement item and any charges to have the replacement item shipped to eFiberTools.
If the product is not in acceptable return condition** eFiberTools will refuse to accept the return and will not authorize any refunds.
No returns will be accepted after 14 calendar days from delivery date.Customers must contact us, in writing such as by email at info@efibertools.com, of thier intent to return the product no later than the 14th day after delivery according to the shipping company's records.
The product must have been shipped back to eFiberTools within 24 hours afterwords.
** EFiberTools reserves the right to classify the condition of any product. Brand new condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes and that the product is complete
Return Procedure
Email eFiberTools office within 14 days of delivery of product at info@efibertools.com. A sales person will enter a return order and provide you with a return order number. EFiberTools is not responsible for shipping or customs taxes or duties.
If shipping from outside the USA customer is responsible for import/export documentation and must identify the returning package as RETURN UNDER WARRANTY with US Customs to avoid return importation customs fees.
