The eFiberTools.com, Inc. reserves the right to change prices without notice. Quotations are valid for 72 hours from the date of quote unless otherwise noted.
For purchasers with established credit, terms are net 30 days from the date of shipment. Payments must be in U.S. dollars and cash discounts are not allowed. We accept most major U.S. credit cards, wire transfers, checks, and PayPal. Our remit to address is: 329 W. Melinda Lane; Phoenix, AZ 85027 U.S.A.
All products are sold FOB shipping point. Items will be shipped with UPS, USPS or our choice of freight carrier unless otherwise requested by purchaser. Please advise method of shipment and preferred carrier when order is placed. We discourage mandatory carrier requirements which have an adverse effect on service and delivery. Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. Failure to do so will result in a VOID of warranty terms. Warranty is not valid in the event of damage due to shipping. Any claims for damage or loss while in transit, must be filed with the carrier. Buyer will be reimbursed for any such loss only after claim is settled with shipping carrier. Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances. If buyer opts not to purchase insurance, any damages incurred during shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer and any and all warranties will be void. Seller is not responsible for shipping damages due to insurance not being purchased. International buyers are responsible for customs duty charges.
Seller maintains strict warranty periods. Warranty starts on date of delivery and is valid for the specified time frame noted on such item. Warranty is reveiwed under eFiberTools.com's discresion. Warranty on such item will be exchanged, repaired, refunded or void. Please see "Warranty Details" for the full warranty policy.
All items being returned must first be approved by eFiberTools.com, Inc. and have a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) form accompanied with such return. Please contact us at (623) 582-5560 or email@example.com to receive a RMA. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be shipped back to us in the original packaging or with no less than 2-4 inches of foam surrounding the item, or per UPS specifications. If the item is not suitably packaged and shipping damages occur, no credit allowance, refunds, replacement or exchanges will be shipped. For international orders, buyer is responsible for filling out shipping and export documentation to read "Warranty Return" or similar. eFiberTools.com, Inc. will not pay for import taxes on returns.
