Do you accept international orders?

  • Yes. We ship directly to our international customers worldwide.

What payments do you accept?

  • We accept PayPal, Bank Wire-Transfers and Western Union for all international orders.

  • We also accept Credit/Debit Cards orders from Canada.

  • Credit/Debit Cards will usually be accepted for recognized multi-national corporations. Contact for details.

Can I use our UPS, DHL or FedEx shipping account?

  • Yes. Simply include your shipping account number when ordering using the shopping cart, or send us your shipping information by email, fax or phone.

  • When placing your order online, select AA, AE, or AP as the state, and United States (US) as the country, enter your zip code as usual, so the proper shipping options are presented.

Do you ship to APO, FPO address?

  • Yes. We ship to APO, FPO military addresses via USPS (postal office).

  • When placing your order online, select AA, AE, or AP as the state, and United States (US) as the country, enter your zip code as usual, so the proper shipping options are presented.

How do you ship international orders?

  • We generally ship via UPS. However, if you wish to provide us with you DHL or FedEx account information we can make arrangements for that as well.

  • We highly recommend you select a shipping option that provides a tracking number.

How long will it take to deliver?

  • It typically takes 3~7 business days for orders shipped with UPS, FedEx or DHL.

  • For USPS orders, the delivery time can vary a lot depending on your country. It can take from 1 week to up to 4 weeks. US Postal Service international shipping can take up to 6~8 weeks to deliver so we rarely will allow this service to be used with international orders.
